What this site collects, what it doesn't, and how to get it deleted.

Last updated: 2026-07-29

The short version

There are no accounts, no logins, and no payments on this site. Nothing is sold or shared with advertisers. The only personal information collected is what you type into a form and send deliberately. Analytics are limited to page traffic.

Who is responsible

This site is operated by Jack Sechler, trading as DAITIQ, a sole proprietorship based in California. For any privacy question or request, email jack@daitiq.com.

Information you send

Two forms on this site collect personal information:

  • The feedback form collects your name, email address, and message.
  • The partner form on the Work With Me page collects your name, email address, and the description you write.

Both are processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Your submission is transmitted to Formspree, stored in their dashboard, and emailed to the address above. Nothing is written to a database controlled by this site, because this site has no database and no server-side storage of its own. Formspree handles that data under their own privacy policy.

Please do not send sensitive personal information through these forms. They are for ordinary business contact.

Analytics

Two analytics tools run on this site, both limited to traffic:

  • Plausible records page views in aggregate. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data. It is served through a first-party path on this domain, which means the requests come from daitiq.com rather than a third-party host.
  • PostHog records page views and stores a randomly generated visitor identifier in your browser using local storage and a cookie. That identifier is shared across subdomains of daitiq.com so one person visiting several projects is counted once rather than several times. Automatic event capture is switched off, and session recording is switched off, so this site does not replay your screen, capture your clicks and keystrokes, or record form contents.

Vercel, which hosts the site, also provides basic aggregate traffic analytics.

If you would rather not be counted at all, any standard content blocker or your browser's tracking protection will stop both tools, and the site works normally without them.

Hosting and server logs

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like effectively all web hosts, Vercel processes technical request data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested, in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. That processing is governed by Vercel's privacy policy.

Links to other sites

This site links to separate products and profiles, including parlaygeniq.com, fiveiq.gg, queryiq.daitiq.com, GitHub, and LinkedIn. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under someone else's policy, and this one no longer applies.

How long anything is kept

Form submissions are kept in the Formspree dashboard and in email for as long as they are useful for correspondence, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is aggregate traffic data and is retained by the providers under their own retention schedules.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to object to its processing. California residents have rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know and the right to delete. Personal information is never sold or shared for cross-context behavioural advertising.

To exercise any of these, email jack@daitiq.com. Requests are handled personally, usually within a few days.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and information is not knowingly collected from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
