The source code behind each product is proprietary and unpublished unless a public repository says otherwise. The content inside them — including the FiveIQ puzzle banks and the curated datasets and models behind the prediction products — is original, curated work protected by copyright, and none of it is offered for reuse. FiveIQ serves one day's puzzles at a time by design; extracting or republishing the banks is copyright infringement, not cleverness.

To be precise about what is not claimed: game formats and generic mechanics are ideas, and ideas are free. What is protected is the expression — the code, the content, the data, and the names.
